At the international glass conference held in Edinburgh in October 2010 to celebrate 400 years of glassmaking in Scotland, two glass researchers Geoffrey Seddon and Ian McKenzie came together in an endeavour to solve one of the mysteries of Jacobite glass made between 1743 and 1749.
